A New York couple is expecting a baby after two decades of failed IVF. Columbia University's AI tool, STAR, helped them conceive. The husband had azoospermia, a condition with no sperm in the ejaculate. STAR identifies viable sperm in semen samples. It found 44 sperm in the couple's sample. The IVF cycle was successful in March 2025.
