Family of rebel gets govt-promised land a decade after his surrender

After a decade-long wait, the family of a deceased rebel in Ranchi received land promised under the state's surrender policy. Trilochan Singh, who surrendered ten years ago, was initially allotted land but never received it. Following a complaint at a “janta darbar,” his wife and brother were finally granted relocated land.
