Youth with criminal background shot in city; one arrested

A 25-year-old man with a criminal past, Mrityunjay Kumar alias Harsh, was fatally shot in Patna's Kazipur locality. Police swiftly arrested Rahul Kumar, who confessed to the murder, citing an old rivalry. Harsh had previously shot Rahul's brother in 2019, leading to this fatal retaliation.
