Man gets 20-year RI for raping minor

A special POCSO court in Ranchi has handed down a severe sentence of 20 years rigorous imprisonment to Nawal Kishore Singh Munda for repeatedly raping a minor. The court also imposed a Rs 52,000 fine, with additional jail time for non-payment. Munda was convicted under POCSO Act sections 4(2) and 6, alongside IPC sections 323 and 506.
