Locals block highway for over an hour

Locals blocked NH-57 in Bhubaneswar protesting the deaths of a driver and a student after a hoarding collapsed due to strong winds. The deceased were identified as Tuna Gowda and Sachitananda Pradhan. Protesters demanded accountability for alleged negligence, leading to a temporary highway blockade. Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi announced Rs 4 lakh compensation for each victim's family.
